Prema Aesthetics, founded by Nichola Mistry, provides highly professional facial aesthetic treatments that allow you to feel more confident by both enhancing features and restoring what has been lost over time.
All of the treatments are provided by Nichola herself who is a registered nurse since 1995 and an independent nurse prescriber since 2005, having worked both in the NHS and private sector, you can feel completely confident in her care. Nichola is also a qualified Aesthetics Nurse Practitioner, trained by a world-renowned training academy, Derma Medical and provides the highest quality care, treatment and aftercare to all her clients.
Each client is advised on treatment options and offered an individual treatment plan to provide the best possible results. Nichola’s mission is to tailor each treatment to a client’s needs and requirements, using either her expert clinical knowledge or advanced cosmetic training to provide the best possible care and results.
Facial Aesthetic Treatments
Non-Injectable:
In this category of treatment, Nichola offers Cryotherapy and Dermaplaning. Both have significant positive affects and results in lightening, brightening, and tightening the skin. Dermaplaning is a very popular choice. As with other treatments these will be delivered by Nichola. Non-Injectable treatments start from £50.
Injectable:
These include several treatments and enhancements such as jawline softening and lip enhancement. All of these options will be delivered by Nichola to ensure the upmost care and professionalism is delivered. Nichola will take you through the entire process and will inform you of what to expect. Anti-Wrinkle:
These treatments are the most popular non-surgical type in the treatment of lines and wrinkles. They have been safely used now for many years to soften and reduce the signs of ageing. The treatments are quick and have little to no downtime. The treatment requires an initial no obligation consultation, for a comprehensive health assessment for an appropriate and bespoke treatment plan.

Non-Injectables
Dermaplaning: Great for an enhanced exfoliating treatment, using a sterile scalpel to remove peach fuzz, fine hairs and dead skin. It leaves your skin feeling silky smooth and radiant. The dermaplaning with mini facial is an amazing treatment to give your face a glowing complexion, while also increasing the absorption of your skin care products into the deeper layers of your skin and provides the perfect base for your make-up to glide on for a flawless finish.

Cryotherapy: This is a fast, effective and safe treatment to remove skin imperfections, using an advanced freezing cryopen device. It emits a fine jet of super cold nitrous oxide gas under high pressure and with millimetres of precision. This means the super cold gas is delivered directly to the area being treated and not to the surrounding healthy skin. Cryotherapy is suitable for the permanent removal of dark, hyper-pigmented lesions, age/liver spots, seborrhoeic warts, milia, warts, cherry angioma (red lesions), verrucas and skin tags.
The device is held as close as possible to the skin lesion and moved about rapidly. This can take 1 to 30 seconds dependent in the size and depth of the lesion. The super cold nitrous oxide destroys the tissue by freezing the inter-cellular fluid, forming shards of ice and crystals which rupture the membrane, which destroys the cell. There will not be any collateral damage to surrounding healthy tissue.
During the treatment you may experience a mild sensation or stinging feeling and this may last a few minutes after the treatment. You may also experience a slight itching for approximately 10 minutes post procedure.
The area will be frozen and turns white but this area will then thaw followed by flushing and redness forming. After 2-24 hours the area may turn into a blister, which can take several days to dissolve. Do not burst or pick the blister or this could lead to scarring and risk of becoming infected. The area will form a crust over the lesion , which will fall off after 10-14 days and the skin will then be healed. You may notice that the skin is lighter in appearance but this will return to its normal colour over several weeks.
It is important that before treatment you have had a correct diagnosis. We do not treat any cancerous lesions and these are more appropriately managed by the NHS. If a lesion looks suspicious of skin cancer, we will advise you to seek advice from your General Practitioner.
If having the treatment in the Spring or Summer months, it is important to apply sun protection factor 50(SPF) at least 30 minutes before sun exposure and reapplied every 4 hours.
Treatment cost is dependent on the size, depth, quantity and area of the lesion being treated. Procedures can take from 5 to 30 seconds. Typically a seborrhoeic wart would require 25 second treatment and some warts and verrucas may require more than one treatment session. Prices typically start from £60 for a 25 second treatment.
Anti-Wrinkle Injections
Botulinum Toxin Type A: More commonly referred to as botox and is an injectable substance that block the nerve signals to the muscle in which is injected. The blocking of the signal to the muscle means that it can not contract and this will result in a diminishing of facial wrinkles or appearance. Botulinum Toxin Type A can be used to smooth crow's feet, forehead and frown lines, peri-oral lines (upper lip) and bunny lines, reduce platysmal neck bands, improve the appearance of dimpling of the chin, lift the corners of the mouth, soften a square jaw line, reduce bruxism, correct a gummy smile and also reduce excessive sweating of the armpits.
Botulinum Toxin Type A must be prescribed a registered healthcare professional i.e. doctor, nurse prescriber, pharmacist, dentist etc. and you must have a comprehensive consultation to discuss any problem areas, your desired improvements and expectations of the outcome, the options available, which may include no treatment.
The injections are virtually painless and will not require any local anaesthesia. The injections are of tiny amounts of the product an dare completed in a matter of minutes. There is little to no downtime and can be achieved in a work lunch break for example.
Side effects are minimal but with all injections you may experience mild localised bruising, redness and swelling at the injection site. The skin of the area to be injected will be cleansed prior to injection and careful placing of the injections reduces the risks.

Dermal Fillers: A very popular treatment option for the reduction of facial lines, wrinkles as well as skin rejuvenation and facial enhancements. They are a quick procedure and has very little downtime. The dermal filler contains an injectable form of hyaluronic acid which is a naturally occurring substance in our body and depletes with age. Injecting dermal fillers helps to restore facial volume by plumping and smoothing contouring deficiencies, to restore a youthful complexion. They are not permanent but are long lasting, the dermal filler is broken down by the body over a period of time. The visible results of the procedure can be seen immediately after treatment and can last between 6-9 months.
Dermal fillers are great for treating and reducing deep, medium and superficial lines and wrinkles, to fill hollows, smooth contours and can also restore volume to areas of the face, lips and cheeks.
