Hi my name is Amy and I run Amy Hammond Holistic Therapy, a massage and wellness practice. I am a Clinical Aromatherapist, offering many types of hands on/massage therapy and aromatherapy treatments.

 

A bit about me:
 

My journey began 26yrs ago as a hairdresser. A profession I have loved and still do. After always having a passion for everything wellness, I found aromatherapy 6yrs ago and it was love at first sight.

 

After qualifying in Anatomy and Physiology, closely followed by Clinical Aromatherapy, I was hooked. Aromatherapy massage, holistic facials, aroma reflex, REIKI energy healing, hot stone therapy, hot bamboo therapy, acupressure, cupping massage, and I am still learning and expanding my knowledge. As this beautiful journey has progressed, I have realised that my approach is certainly a “holistic approach”, this means a whole person approach. Focusing on the mind, body and spirit, for complete wellness.
